Hold on! Don't despair. Retrueing a rim is not hard (or all that expensive if you pay someone), unless the rim got damaged in a crash or the like. Your rim looks pretty clean from your pics, so either look for some how-to-videos or let a shop true it up.

I should add that rims get out of true simply because the spokes get loose. It does not mean that the wheel is bad; just that it needs a bit of attention.
