What are the serial and builder numbers? It looks like a 70s, maybe very early 80s frame from before the switch to embossed seat stay caps. And as I look at it, I am reminded of the '71 KOM in my garage that was crashed in the early 70s, had the top and down tubes replaced by Mike Melton, and then years later was reworked by Jim Cunningham's crew at CyclArt .... normally that's sentimental thing to have frame like this repaired ... glad it is NOT my size, because I love a good Quixotic project ...
