The short answer is yes, but

I only tried it at 10 %, Most likely it will go all the way to 1%. After riding for a few days I raised the setting to 15 %, because there is just not enough light being produced. 15% is still lower than the default setting that the light comes with. I have not tried to ride all night to see how long the battery lasts at that setting, but 10-15% is enough for me to ride on smooth roads on a dark night. On rough roads those setting are not enough, that is waju I have another setting at 30%.
