That's interesting. I bought it off Ebay from Omni as a 107, and the sticker on the bracket and packing both say 68x107.

After measuring there is a difference, but not one I would expect to really see.
Tange: 107.05 mm
Omni: 107.59 mm

Anyone predict I'll have any regrets if I just go with the omni? .5mm doesn't seem like much, but strange it seems like a noticeable difference to me visually.
