I have an old Fuji Hybrid that has a 3x9 speed configuration with Acera(FD, Shifters) and a Deore(RD - long cage) mix components. The crankset was Acera(Square taper BB) 48-36-26T configuration. I haven't used this bike in the last 5 years, as I mostly rode on my roadie. Now that I want to use this bike again, I find it difficult to get a replacement crankset (48-36-26t). No online seller has this configuration in stock in my place. Now I am trying to find a suitable alternative configuration with a few options that include: 22-32-44T, and 22-30-40T. Which one could be the better alternative, among these options? or are there any other recommendations? Also, can I change the triple crankset to a double or a single chainring one? Help is appreciated. Thank you
