Bikes: 1965 Hetchin's, 1977 Galmozzi, 1956 Rochet, 1947 Gnome et Rhone, 1972 De Rosa, 1948 Bates B-A-R, 1989 Trevor Jarvis (Baines) "Flying Gate", etc.

That year was the best organized ride I have ever participated in, in the US.
Cass' Winery, the killer hill we all had to walk up, the olive orchard (with that amazing olive leaf & lemon tea!), a great mix of gravel & asphalt, the Japanese guy on the 1920s single-speed, my bike that didn't break-down (even though I rushed to finish assembling it that morning!) -- just everything! A wonderful day. I'd pay double to be able to repeat that.

The Cambria location is a good one and I have enjoyed the event there , hopefully a miracle will make it happen. If not , it is a great ride up the coast (or down) and meet folks who will want to ride.
