Yes Yes, it is concerning, this seems typical for the Italian organizers however, if you guys will recall, they announced an early bird special last year , then we all had a terrible time with the website not working, then they closed it early based on European time, basically the usual cluster... my recollection is they said it would be new local organizers moving forward, recall the lighthouse was closed last year, no one new that until the day, then no one knew the turnaround point.

if i can point out that they did a bad thing the the British E'roica, and cancelled it a couple of weeks prior to the event, there was a complete uproar and they have burned a bridge for the UK for sure...they may well do the same thing here.. registration was down last year, it was still a good event, i think the Nova would rescue the weekend moving forward as us old gits stop riding, the new riders could do the nova... heck if they would look forwards and create an E'roica Electonique!!! then that would be something.. on a different day of course...however 300lb electric bikes with 200lb riders doing 40mph could be dangerous...
