As you have surely noticed on your bike, the paint is in poor condition in most areas of the frsme. It's either crazed badly of flaked off already. Unfortunately this is a common problem with Bianchi's Celeste paint. The bad paint condition will negatively affect the bike's potential maximum value. Even if you clean and service all the components on it. To the point that maybe, you might consider just parting it out, instead of selling it as a complete bike, if you want to get a bit more money out of it.
That makes sense. The frame has too many issues. I've decided to move the nicer components over to my Benotto and sell what is left for parts.
