I'm sure you can replace the bearings if you really wanted to but it's likely more trouble than it's worth.
These were €12-15 units, designed to be replaced not serviced.

Just get another ISO taper 111mm symmetrical BSA/BSC bottom bracket.
Maybe you can find one of the Centaur units, they're a lot nicer.
You'll need another tool for those.
