There is no way a QR provides less clamping force that an axle nut, much less half that.

Since there are no dropout slots with a thru axle the clamping is not keeping the wheel from falling out. The torque just keeps the thru axle in place.

Allen wrench and security skewers range between 6nm for Ti and 10Nm for Pitlocks.

You sure about how much clamping force a QR provides?
