I'm not much for liver but I eat lots of all the rest now. Sauerkraut and Korean sauerkraut (better known as kimchi and I strongly suspect kimchi precedes sauerkraut by centuries or millennium so sauerkraut could be called German kimchi). Other staples - the weeds. Kale, chard, mustards (and there are lots). Peppers from green Bells to colorful chilies to those cute little orange bells (habaneros) to those ghosty ones that take no prisoners. (My sinuses love all of the warm ones things.)
