There are plenty of videos on YouTube on ‘how to change a flat bicycle tire’ so that you can do it in the field in 5 minutes or less.

Buy extra tubes
tire levers
patch kit
CO2 inflator or mini-bike pump
a $1 bill for to place inside a tire with a big slash
a under saddle bag that can hold all that stuff

You need to upgrade your tires to what people recommend above and make sure your tires are adequately inflated. Don’t go by what’s printed on the tire side walls, but use the Silca Tire Pressure calculator.

I have gone tubeless with Continental GP5000s and haven’t had a flat in 7000 miles. But then I stay out of the sides of the road as much as possible where all the debris is - with the aid of Garmin’s Varia rear facing radar which tells me when vehicles are approaching from the rear.
