When using Clean Ride, do you have some arbitrary number of kilometers / miles at which time you apply / reapply the lubricant?
Does the white lightning live up to the manufacturer's claim of "shedding dirt".
Again thanks for the information

I don’t have any kind of arbitrary number of miles before I relubricate. It’s certainly
not the 100 mile (160 km) that Clean Ride suggests. I’m actually measuring the frequency and mileage between application as well as longevity of the chain on one of my bikes. I currently have 1200 miles (<0.05% wear) on the chain and have lubed it 3 times. Two of those are about 450 miles and one was about 260 miles. I have used it on tours in the Lake Erie area and I got about 700 miles between applications. I’ll be tracking it on an imminent tour.
As the “shedding dirt”, the chains on all my bikes are clean enough for me to handle them without making my hands dirty. The stuff works well with little fuss and I don’t do extensive cleaning all the time. I have a white touring bike and it shows no grime. The top picture is about 600 miles in to a tour and the bottom one is more than a 1000 miles into the same ride.
