Off the OP but I gotta mention it. In July, over in Ft Stockton Texas, one morning, I saw a guy opening up the hood of his black pickup truck and putting something wrapped in foil under the hood. He said it was a beef brisket. Temperature under the hood of that truck would be about 200°F+ all day of his 16 hour shift. He was not kidding. At 20:00 I went out there to check it out and sure enough he had a dont need no teeth brisket ready to eat.
