It's a svelte 32 lbs.

I've never felt a need for more brakes when riding it, They just work.

To be honest, as much as I love this bike there are times I wish I had a wider range with closer gearing. When I tried to get this one into my "19 mph" club it was the limitation of the gearing when the road turned up a bit that kept me from getting there. I'd love this with an 8 speed IGH like on Azor. I've even toyed with the idea of getting the IGH swapped but haven't seriously looked at it.

Pashley does have the Morgan 8, a similar bike with an 8 speed IGH. But man, the prices have gone up. The Guv'nor is now almost $500 more than I bought mine for.
