I could probably learn and fine-tune more things, but I am not really deeply invested in such details.
I am 38, I enjoy swimming, cycling, and strength-training. I work out pretty much every day, and in the most loaded day I do 2 000 decline push-ups and 500 body-squats after breakfast (takes me about 3 hours), and a metric century after lunch, albeit at not too much high intensity (takes me about 4 hours). Then I eat 6 to 8 eggs and vegetables to recover and call it a day.
When I go hard, I know I am going hard, and I am still allowed to care about fitness and at the same time not care about monitors.
