I have Rolls saddles on almost all of my bikes but my butt is different than yours (I’ve never been able to make a Brooks work for me).
Over the years have migrated through several different saddles as my behind ages.
Buy one and try one- ratty examples are relatively cheap- and of you like it slightly used ones are out there for not too much $.
