I don't like to lie to people unless I have some good reason and there is usually not a good reason to lie to someone. I have worked at Shimano dealers for the past 13 years and have talked to a number of their reps and people within the company and also did warranty work for 8 years dealing with Shimano semi-frequently (they didn't have a ton of issues but occasionally we got a few). I know how they operate and know where they authorize people to sell and not sell. I know it is tough to hear that you didn't get genuine product despite the seller saying that it was real genuine 100%, it happens.

If you don't like homemade chili oil, I can suggest other sauces or you can find milder chili flakes or totally customize to your tastes.
