I have worked at Shimano dealers for the past 13 years and have talked to a number of their reps and people within the company and also did warranty work for 8 years dealing with Shimano semi-frequently (they didn't have a ton of issues but occasionally we got a few). I know how they operate and know where they authorize people to sell and not sell. I know it is tough to hear that you didn't get genuine product despite the seller saying that it was real genuine 100%, it happens.

If you don't like homemade chili oil, I can suggest other sauces or you can find milder chili flakes or totally customize to your tastes.

If it is the fact I didn't mention China beyond that previous post talking food. I am sorry that I don't talk about them more. If you want to talk China more please feel free to PM me and we can chat at length.
How nice of Mr. Dunning's and Mr. Kruger's prodigal child to take time out of her busy TDF/nationals training schedule to drop by and prove her fathers' theorem by commenting on products and projects that she knows nothing about. Activists will use every platform to ensure that you see things their way and simply will not go away.
