Stamped dropouts and cantilevers would be an unusual combination. You should post some pics of the bike (especially of the drive side). You have fewer than 10 posts so you can’t post pics yet but you can create an album with the pics and someone will put them into your thread. You may want to start a thread in the C&V forum as that has a lot of posters who know a lot about old bikes.
As soon as I get to it I will! It’s stored at my buddy’s place and we’ve both just been so busy. I’m hoping to get there in the next couple weeks.
it’s just a frame and fork set currently. So no drive side yet. I got a New BB for it so the build is on the way!
I did make a post for the C&V side of the forum. It seems to be similarly, difficult to place without pictures. But even still.. must be rare if no one knows based off the fact that it’s a road frame with canti brakes.. I want to see what kind of parts were originally on it. Would love to find the catalogs but no luck yet!
