Thanks. I did some calculations to figure out how much longer the derailleur cage needed to be and had a CAD drawing prepared and the new cage machined up.

Works flawlessly. Happy to share the CAD drawing if you'd like, or one of the cages. (I actually have three each of the three longer cages, each one extending an extra inch. Snedcutsend.com does this work at very attractive prices).
