Curl commercialization has always been strange, lots of different models appearing and disappearing form the Dahon catalog, few resellers selling the Curl !?

Dahon: In the opposite direction, looking online now, I see the Dahon Speed 18 all over the place on Asian websites, very close to my 2X customized Speed. But all of them look like 52/42 cranks. That's really silly these days when 52/36 and 50/34 are common and provide a wider range, I use the latter. I'm flooded with inquiries wherever I go, although I do live in a big bike city with steep hills where a folder with wide 2X gearing would sell well... at least at Dahon's old pricing, perhaps not now. Now it'll probably be a wide 1X setup, but I haven't seen one yet out of the box like that.
