If by "big" you mean overweight (like me) It's best to stick with muted solid color jerseys. We run the risk of looking like clowns or rolling billboards if we try to dress like "right sized" cyclists. I've found the Dhb bibs from Wiggle/Chain Reaction to be comfortable and budget friendly.
Personally I prefer neon/high vis colors since people where I live tend to just not pay attention to bicyclists. I’ve started wearing a reflective vest and neon green helmet in the daytime just so I don’t get merged into again
