Bikes: Too many bikes, too little time to ride

I have tried this and similar products over the years. I oscillated between "cannot afford a flat on my commute" and "I want to ride the lightest, fastest tires", mostly settling on the latter. A plethora of recent flats have caused me to rethink this, but my main hesitation is I felt they were tricky to set up and they're also not invincible as I once thought them to be - so the juice might not be worth the squeeze.

For goathead punctures, I still think sealant (either tubeless or tubed, but at low-ish pressures only) is the best compromise between ride quality and protection.
