When I lived in DC, I used to frequent a bike shop in Georgetown who serviced George W. Bush's bike. I remember a picture in a frame there on the wall with the shop owner/head mechanic and Bush riding on trails at Camp David. The guy at the shop was a great guy - he fixed my old Raleigh Sports 3 speed in a pinch a couple of times. I like seeing people at that level of government having hobbies, like riding a bike. I'm suspicious of people who eat, breathe and sleep politics 100% of the time and do nothing else in life.
