I think its an 1983. Seller states a repaint and the notes the painter. Handsome machine. Set up right with components, panto levers and a unique stem for the '84 Olympics/ LA. Though I don't care for the choice in bars. Nice wheelset, too. Even in this lull bike market, the sellers price is very fair.
