Almost every P*-10 Peugeot we sold at Bikecology in the early 1970s went out the door with 26 or 28T in back. Only a few hard-core customers kept the 14-21-tooth cogsets on the Peugeots or the 14-22s on the LeJeunes.
The original owner did that! But for sure, if the freewheel had had a 21 low cog it would have gone straight into the recycle bin.
