I knew that Miyata made the Specialissima, but is it really the same as the 1000? Like Geo and tubing? The Expedition, also made by Miyata is definitely different than the 1000. I don't think I can ever make a Voyageur work for me because of the sizing, which is a shame because I really like those. I've had two Voyageurs, both 23" that ultimately felt too small. Had the same problem with a 23" Sekai 2500 and 23" Miyata 610 . And with the next size up being 25" it ends up being too big.
