Maybe stupid question here: would it be possible to run a flip chip that moves the axle by 10mm, and thus accommodate 140mm brake rotors in the "short" position and 160mm rotors in the "long" position? I'm thinking of trying to have a bike built that would run 700c road wheels and 650b off-road wheels. It would make all the sense in the world to me to run a longer wheelbase and larger brake rotors with the off-road wheels, if it would work.
