Based on the size of the Rotrax frame and your description of the seller's goods, it sounds like you're dealing with Giles. Excellent fellow! I bought the 1951 Claud Butler Olympic Sprint that I fixed up a couple of years ago from him (and have since passed on to another forumite). If anyone has Facebook or Instagram follow his restoration work on a multitude of British classics from this era at GB vintage lightweight cycles.
