This doesn’t change much for me. I like wax for the cleanliness in dust. I don’t expect it to triple my component life.

I won’t be throwing out the ptfe in my current batch, but I won’t be adding any more.
today I had a flat on the rear and so nice fixing a rear flat and having clean hands...I am over 3x so far and my chain is showing no wear. one trick I have been using is I install the chain when the wax is still warm/hot and much easier to get threaded through the rear derailleur.
