The linkages have adjustment points held pinch bolts. The easiest way to do a total re-adjustment is to loosen all the pinch bolts, and then to begin at the rim. With the pinch bolts loosened, set the pads at the desired position relative to the rim. Sometimes the stay clamps have to be moved a bit to get the stirrups to rest at the correct point. Once the pad position is right, start tightening the pinch bolts working progressively away from the wheel.
