Yeah, I see those here all the time. Cops don't seem to care about those, and they are clearly not just "plate protectors". I know that having the plate visible is on me - yeah, I could get a 3rd plate, fiddle with mounting it to the bikes, to the rack... but can we address the crappy driving and bad roads first, rather than the odd cyclist with a rack?
