I have five SMP saddles. Three of them are the TRK, with two of them size Medium on drop-bar bikes and one size Large on an upright bike. All three have gel, which does not migrate or deform, and which I prefer greatly to the two SMP saddles I have without it, a Well, and an Avant.
I rode a Brooks Pro for years as a teenager, but it was the limiting factor in my mileage then, and now is downright painful. SMP received four patents for their design, and the TRKs fit my butt perfectly, more specifically my crotch. If I were SMP, I would trademark the term "Crotch Cradle". Saddles with great big holes in them are the biggest improvement in cycling since the '70s, IMHO.
Get the gel, in a Medium if your bike has drop bars, or a Large for an upright bike. For reference, I am 6'2" and 210 lbs. You will love it, I predict.
