I am definitely a no go. Wore my body out
So I am 56 now and all the years of punishment I put myself through working construction and I had to retire at 52 due to issues with my spine. I have essentially no discs left. I have a 5 lb. weight limit and I haven't played golf, bowled, snow or water skied, rode my cheap mountain bike, changed a car tire, rode a dirt bike, a snowmobile, or rode in a boat on Lake Michigan. We went about an hour cruise up to a town called Saugatuck and while we were in having dinner and some adult beverages the weather took a dump and it was really choppy. It was killing me. My buddy asked me if I wanted to go slow and have it last a couple hours or go WFO and pay for it but it would be over sooner. I said "hit it brother". I stood between the windshields and he never eased up on the gas until we were back.
