I wouldn't expect one rim to be significantly better than the other. If durability is a concern, go for whichever set has a higher spoke count. Some SSR rims have a rather narrow braking surface, which can make setting up the brakes rather annoying if the pads are taller than the braking surface. If the SSRs are older than you estimate and have a paired spoke design, then I'd expect them to be less durable.
