The SSRs don't have a paired spoke design, but the nameless aero front rim I'm replacing does, so good to know the SSR will at least be an improvement over the current front wheel.
Paired spoke wheels aren't always a bad choice, Bontrager just did not do a good job with theirs, very prone to developing cracks.
