Hanging the bikes at a 45 degree angle from one wheel (alternate front/back to avoid handlebar overlap) off one side of the shed will allow you the highest bike density whilst still allowing you access to them all. But in reality, the best solution will either be a bigger shed or supplement it with one of the smaller bike stores.
