I did report the guy on my way out to the owners of the park. To my dismay they were not very concerned about it. They said that they have had problems with him before... and that they would talk to him. I guess that they really just don't care as long as he keeps paying the fees.
I considered calling the police, but I figured that all they would have done was warn him, then leave. At that point he would have been REALLY pissed off, and I would have been at an even higher risk.
