I would not suggest Gorilla glue for tube patching. It’s water activated and it foams as it cures. Not exactly what you want when fixing a flat.

I recently purchased this glue to repair a dry bag that I wore a hole through while on my tour. It worked fine for the repair and, I suspect it would work on TPU tubes but I can’t say it will with certainty. Considering that I’m done with TPU for various reasons, I doubt I’ll find out.
