Reason for me asking is that I would like to use a second set of wheels on my new gravel bike. The new bike has 1X SRAM etam setup with 10-44 cassette. My spare wheel has shimano hub. I can either get a SRAM hub on that wheelset or just use the 10-34 12spd speed shimano cassette on there now. Ditto rotors, do I need sram or any will do as long they are the same size?
Just try it. I've had varying experiences with that setup.
