So if I decide to go with wider tires on 700 rims, something like 35 or 38, getting a suitable rim means it needs to be at least 17mm inside measurement. Seems most are 15mm. Any recommendations? Light touring, not fully loaded.
Recently I bought a set of Mavic A319s that seem beefy. I’m not super in love with the shape, kinda mountain bike-y, but they’re reasonably priced. I haven’t built them up yet but they come highly recommended.
Sun CR-18s are also well regarded and 18mm wide inside.
