I would estimate this frame to be for the year 1986 or 1987.

In 1988 the Kuwahara decal schema changed dramatically.

In Canada in 1984 Kuwahara branded MTBs were marketed. Some still had an Apollo headbadge.

Kuwahara manufactured road bikes in Canada were mostly distributed under the Apollo brand until 1985. At the end of 1985 and the beginning of 1986 the Apollo branded road bikes disappeared and were replaced with Kuwahara branded bikes.
