Oh dear. Just on paper I could tell you that is extremely unstable, the tire contact patch is so far ahead of the steering axis, assuming I have the intended riding direction correct. Even a small offset like that has been proven to be unstable. That much might be too much for the rider to even control with both hands on the handlebars.
I also don't know how they could sit, have their legs that far up and forward, and still be able to pedal, and reach the handlebars without interference.
This is a bike to put in front of a physics 1 class and say, "What is wrong with this picture? List every design aspect that is wrong."
It might have taken 2 people to ride, one laying back and pedaling, one laying on top of pedaler, steering with feet.... think doubles luge
