You are right. I just called the Lake City Police department and told them everything that happened. They claim that they are going to send someone out to talk to him, but who knows if that will ever happen. They did take my name and number so the investigating officer can call me if he has any questions. At least maybe, like you said, they will take record of it, and be better prepared if they ever have to go out there on a call.... I will post if I hear anything back.
