I see early 8 speed Campagnolo Record, worth quite a bit by itself.
Scott Drop In handlebar is rare and valuable.

I don't have the eagle eye of some of the other forum members, I can't tell from the pictures if the fork is original or not.
Shimano headset and front wheel though so I'd definitely check the front end for damage.

I see very limited downside at $800.

Even here in the Netherlands, possibly the worst second hand bike market in the world for sellers, an Arabesque frameset alone would cost at least 2K euros.
