In looking at what you have. The freehub has thrashed spines and probably needs to be replaced. Your fix was incorrect and your hub is/was probably beyond repair before your first try. I would say you likely need to replace the hub and freehub spline.
Thanks. What do you mean by thrashed spines? The freehub body splines seem OK, could just be the lighting and the photo.
Lets say it doesn't need replacing, hypothetically. How do i tighten that nut properly?? Is there a name for this type of design so i can at least look up the proper installation?
