Test ride any bike locally and then look up the stack and reach numbers on a site that shows bike geometries. Just match up the Bianchi's numbers with the numbers for the bike you test rode. Should be pretty close. Here are two bike geometry sites:

And for comparison purposes, I'm 5'9" and can ride a Bianchi in either a 53 or 55. You'd probably be a 57 but compare the numbers first.... Good luck.
