I thought I had the year figured this out when I bought it? But now it is eluding me. Ishwata tubing & Deore XT
'85 Right color? Tange tubing had Suntour kit and cantilever brakes - https://www.bikeboompeugeot.com/Broc...20Brochure.htm
'86 had the roller cams, Tange MTB frame and wrong colors - https://www.bikeboompeugeot.com/Broc...20Page%209.jpg
'87 closer but just 4130 tubing, Deore, not XT and it is the wrong colors - https://www.bikeboompeugeot.com/Broc...0Page%2019.jpg
'88 was Tange and Exage - https://www.bikeboompeugeot.com/Broc...0Page%2015.jpg
This old BF post claims their 86' was Ishiwata? Ishiwata Tube Sets

Ok this post gets me there-ish - https://www.retrobike.co.uk/threads/...-heavy.428778/
My Serial number is AYRE60591 So based on the Serial # info in that post above, my bike was made in June of '86. Which still leaves us with '86 & '87, the 2 years I would have guessed based on the rear brake, But they don't match with available catalogs?

happy to answer any questions and/or provide more pics

asking $250 o.b.o

I know the bike market is in the dumps, if you think my price is too high and you are interested, please make an offer

Front brake is working, must not have re-attached after taking off wheel
