The report notes mild tendinopathy of the gluteus minimus and hamstrings tendons without focal tears.
Trace fluid over the bilateral greater trochanters is nonspecific, but may be seen in the setting of trochanteric bursitis.

In short, my butt hurts. Suspect ice, pt and ibuprofen. Been off the bike for almost a month. Ug.
