I only now noticed the rear wheel appears to have a ton of dish, and opposite from normal where it's usually on the non-drive side. The photo is not reversed as it shows crank and chain on the right. Oh wait, maybe that's just side guards running from the rear fender, just look like spokes.

But yeah, the front wheel is cocked in the dropouts or the fork is bent.
